Cancellation Policy

Founded by active law enforcement officers, First Class Training was built on one simple principle — training by cops, for cops. We’re dedicated to raising the standard of police education through hands-on, experience-based learning that prepares officers for real-world challenges.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellations must be submitted using the official Cancellation Request Form. Once your submission is received, a confirmation email will be sent to verify your request.

If you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled class:
You may request a full course credit toward the same class at a future date. Credits do not expire and must be applied to the same course title.

If you cancel between 7–13 days before the class:
You may receive a 50% credit toward the same class at a future date.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the class or do not attend:
No refund or credit will be issued due to reserved seating and instructor commitments.

If First Class Training cancels or reschedules a course:
You will have the option to transfer your registration to the new date or request a full refund of your registration fee.

Agency-hosted classes:
Agencies hosting a class that must reschedule or cancel are asked to provide at least 30 days’ notice to allow adequate time for reallocation of instructor resources.
